These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website www.kademarketing.com (the "Site") and the purchase of any digital marketing, branding, website development, or eCommerce services (collectively, "Services").

By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or purchase our Services.


1. Our Services

We provide professional digital services including, but not limited to:

Digital marketing and SEO packages

Paid advertising (Google, Meta) and social media management

Graphic design and branding services

Website and eCommerce development (Shopify, etc.)

Email and SMS marketing services

Digital Delivery: All Services are delivered digitally. No physical goods will be shipped. Service details, deliverables, and timelines are outlined on individual product pages.

2. Orders & Payments

Platform: Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the secure eCommerce platform for our transactions.

Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Strict Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate allocation of resources for custom work:

All Sales Are Final: No refunds or charge backs will be issued once work has commenced or digital assets have been delivered.

Subscriptions: Subscription-based services renew automatically. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date via your account dashboard; however, no prorated refunds are provided for unused time.

Discrepancies: If you believe there is a clerical error with your order, you must contact us at info@kademarketing.com within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Subscription & Recurring Billing Terms

For any Services purchased on a subscription, retainer, or recurring basis (the "Subscription"), the following terms apply:

Automatic Renewal: Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) for the same duration as the initial term. Your payment method on file will be charged the then-current rate for your plan on the scheduled renewal date.

Authorization: By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize Kade Marketing Group to charge your provided payment method through Shopify’s secure payment gateway for the initial term and each renewal term until cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Customer Account Dashboard or by emailing info@kademarketing.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least three (3) business days prior to your renewal date.

No Prorated Refunds: Upon cancellation, your Services will continue until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused Services.

Failed Payments: If a renewal payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend all active Services, including website hosting, ad management, or SEO activities, until payment is received. Kade Marketing Group is not responsible for any loss of traffic or business resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.

Rate Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription rates. You will be notified via the email address on file at least 30 days before any price change takes effect for an existing subscription.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure project success and timely delivery, you agree to:

Provide accurate information and necessary assets (logos, content, access) promptly.

Ensure you own the legal rights to any materials provided to us.

Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable time frame. Note: Delays in providing materials or approvals may result in extended project timelines.

6. Scope of Work & Revisions

Each package includes a defined scope and a specific number of revisions as stated on the service page.

Requests outside the original scope or additional revisions beyond the limit will require a custom quote and additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the final approved deliverables for your business.

Rights Reserved: We retain ownership of all working files, preliminary concepts, and unused designs.

Portfolio: We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services often involve third-party tools (Shopify, Google, Meta, etc.). Kade Marketing Group is not responsible for:

Policy changes or account suspensions by third-party platforms.

Downtime or technical errors within third-party software.

Fluctuations in performance caused by platform algorithm updates.

9. No Guaranteed Results

While we utilize industry-leading strategies, digital marketing performance depends on external variables (market conditions, competition, ad spend). We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as exact sales volume, search engine rankings, or lead counts.

10. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kade Marketing Group shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question. You agree to indemnify us from any claims arising from the content you provide or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Delivery Policy outlines how services purchased from Kade Marketing (“we,” “our,” “us”) are initiated, delivered, and managed. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Nature of Service Delivery

Kade Marketing provides digital and virtual solutions exclusively. There is no physical product shipping involved. Our services include:

Flat-rate digital marketing & SEO

Website design and solutions

Paid advertising (PPC) & Lead generation

Social Media Marketing (SMM) & Ecommerce optimization

Graphic design services

All deliverables are provided electronically through digital platforms, email, client dashboards, and performance reports.

2. Onboarding & Project Commencement

Service delivery officially begins once the following milestones are met:

Successful payment or deposit confirmation.

Submission of all required onboarding forms or brand assets.

Provision of necessary account access (Google, Meta, or website credentials).

Generally, the onboarding process starts within 1–3 business days. Delays in providing credentials or approvals will directly impact the project start date.

3. Timelines & Execution

Digital marketing is an iterative process that requires planning and testing.

Initial Setup: Typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the complexity of the project.

Ongoing Management: Services are delivered on a monthly cycle according to your chosen plan.

Performance Expectations: While setup is prompt, measurable performance improvements occur gradually as data is collected and optimized.

4. Communication & Performance Tracking

To ensure transparency, we maintain service delivery through:

Direct email communication and phone support.

Regular performance reports (monthly or bi-weekly depending on your plan).

Scheduled strategy consultations with your Growth Marketing Consultant.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each package includes a defined scope and a specific number of revisions as stated on the service page.

Requests outside the original scope or additional revisions beyond the limit will require a custom quote and additional fees.

Requests for revisions must be reasonable and consistent with the original project goals.

Changes outside the original scope may require a custom quote or plan adjustment.

6. Service Delays & Third Parties

Kade Marketing is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

Delayed client feedback or missing information.

Technical outages or policy changes on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta).

Account suspensions by third-party platforms outside of our control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for a refund.

7. Cancellation & Delivery Termination

In the event of a cancellation:

Services will continue to be delivered until the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

Access to managed dashboards or reports will remain active until the cycle ends.

No refunds are issued for work already performed or services currently in progress.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Delivery Policy. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.
